Warranty
Mikardi Eyewear
2 yr Limited Warranty - Mikardi Eyewear/ Sunglasses and lenses are warranted based on proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or Mikardi.com. The warranty covers any defect in materials and workmanship. The warranty is void if any of the following apply; frame or original lenses are altered in any way, improper use, damage due to normal wear and tear including scratched lenses. Mikardi will repair or replace at our option any pair of Mikardi Eyewear/ Sunglasses found to be defective, excluding damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or accidental breakage.
An extended warranty can be purchased within 30 days of purchasing Mikardi Frames or lenses. The extended limited warranty will cover normal wear and tare and accidental damage and will give you peace of mind for 2 additional years. For loss or theft this extended warranty will allow you to replace your Mikardi frame and lenses at 50% off the MSRP. This extended limited warranty covers one time replacement of Mikardi frames and lenses due to damage caused by normal wear and tare or accidental damage, frames and lenses must be purchased from an authorized retailer or Mikardi.com. A shipping and handling fee will be charged at the time of warranty application.
Charmant Eyewear
Frame warranty is through Charmant and is a Limited 1-year one time replacement on the frame for defects, or breakage due to normal wear and tear. Frame and lenses must be sent back to Mikardi for processing and repair or replacement at our option and the option of Charmant Eyewear. A shipping and handling fee will be charged at the time of warranty application.
Sun Lens and RX lens warranty for lenses purchased from Mikardi.com are covered by Mikardi and have a limited 2 year warranty for defects and normal wear and tare. A shipping and handling fee will be charged at the time of warranty application.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
